Right of withdrawal
Key information
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons, subject to legal exceptions.
For digital content/services (mosaic publication and digital options), the right expires if you asked for performance to begin and accepted losing withdrawal once performance has begun (mandatory checkout consent). After publication and/or use of the digital certificate, with that consent no withdrawal refund is due.
For physical goods (e.g. prints), the 14-day period usually runs from delivery, subject to exceptions (made-to-measure/personalised goods and other statutory cases).
